He is survived by: his wife Deanna Elizabeth Lovasik; his children, Danika and John Henri; his parents, Edward Konczarek and Louise; his siblings, Charles and Victoria Konczarek (Adam); his nephew Leo; his grandmother Clare Konczarek; his father-in-law John Lovasik; his sister-in-law Laura Lovasik (Edward Portet); and his nephews, James and William. He is also survived by aunts and uncles, cousins, teammates, friends, lifelong friends.
