He is survived by: his wife Mary Armitage (Fletcher); his children, Susan Burbank (William), Stephen Armitage (Tammy Ritacco Armitage) and Christine Van Cott (James); his grandchildren, Ian Armitage, Heather Ritacco, Chad Ritacco, Lucas Ritacco, Erin Burbank, James Burbank, Hunter Armitage, London Armitage, Aiden Burbank, Nevaeh Van Cott and Brennen Van Cott; his great grandchildren, Avery, Mason and Rowan Harvie; and his brothers, Derek Armitage (Margaret), Leslie Armitage (Anne) and England.
A reception will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Kane Funeral Home (25 Catoonah St, Ridgefield, CT 06877).
