She was predeceased by: her husband Ferdinand K. Esser; and her parents, Robert Burns and Marie Wallace (Troy). She is survived by: her children, Lawrence, Claudia, Paul, Ferdinand (Fenn), Marianne Messina, Phillip, Peter, Katherine and Todd Perbix; her grandchildren, Mary Esser, Elizabeth Meyers (Esser), Robert Esser, Emily Esser, Christina Esser (Danilo Marin), Victoria Esser, Rebecca Brown, Jacqueline Brown and Truwe Esser; and her great grandchildren, Frederick and Philip Meyers.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kane Funeral Home (25 Catoonah St, Ridgefield, CT 06877). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Elizabeth Seton Church (520 Ridgebury Rd, Ridgefield, CT 06877).
