He was predeceased by: his parents, Zygmund Czajka and Helena Czajka (Banasiek). He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth A. Czajka (Pastva); his close friend Rita Cardenali (Sobieski); his children, James B. Czajka of Bellevue, WA, Gene M. Wright (William), Christina M. "Tina" Konarski (Ken) of Pomfret Center, CT, Victoria Brandon of Moyock, NC and Anita McNeaney (Eric Natoli) of Marlborough, MA; and his brothers, Richard Czajka (Theresa) of Belmont, NY and Edward Czajka (Diane) of Buffalo, NY. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; nieces and nephews and extended family.
