He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Bly and Julia Smollin White Bly; his siblings, John Bly, Mildred Shea, Betty Forshaw and Lucrecia Bly; his nephew Glenn Forshaw; and his niece Stacie Forshaw.
He is survived by: his sister Abby Vose of St. Augustine Florida; his nieces and nephews, Millie (Edward Simon), Charlie, Jon, Matt, Andrew, Kimberly, John, Jim and Bill; and his great-nephews, Jacob and Nathan.
