He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Milnarik (Zalesny) and Michael Milnarik. He is survived by: his wife Donna Milnarik (Spicer) of Preston; his sons, Philip Milnarik and Andrew Milnarik; his brother Robert Minarik of Pennsylvania; his nephew Michael Milnarik (Sanae Kanda); and his siblings-in-law, Michele Spicer, Bev Bordner (Tom Bordner) and Parke Spicer II. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
