He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Hanna and Edith Hanna (Kraemer). He is survived by: his wife Bonnie (Reber); his daughters, Joy Hanna-Blais (Colette) and Kate Jaton (Eric); and his grandchildren, Larkin, Tess, Jacob and Paul.
