He was predeceased by: his parents, Hormidas Provost and Anelda Provost (Fortier); and his siblings, Pearl, Hormidas "Bill" and Alfred.
He is survived by: his spouse Jeanne M. Provost (Tardif); and his sister Doris of Agawam, MA.. He is also survived by his 8 children & their spouses Claudette & (Everett), Eugene & (Carol), Marianne & (Jack), Michele & (Joe), Geraldine & (Ken), Therese & (Keith), Renee & (Mike) and Christopher & (Sarah), 31 grandchildren, 40 great grandchildren.
