She was predeceased by: her parents, Owen J. Perkins Sr. and Dorothy E. Perkins (Geer); and her brothers, Owen Perkins Jr., Robert Perkins, Donald Perkins, Lenny Perkins and Kenneth Perkins.
She is survived by: her husband Dennis J. Gagnier; her children, Terri L. Rice (David), Anthony L. Olbrys Jr. (Heidi) and Kristina D. Anderson (Todd); her grandchildren, James Rice, Diana Rose Rice and Matthew Olbrys; her great grandchild Blake Rice; and her siblings, Mary Veal, Dottie Yaworski, Carol Wilson-Cortright, Gail Gagnier, Janet Silva, Diane Sullivan, Raymond Perkins and Larry Perkins. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
