He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Williams Frantz and Emma Ruth Alberta Frantz (Weise); and his siblings, Dale Frantz of Norwood, PA and Alyce Foy of Butler, PA.. He is survived by: his significant other Ruth Kennerson; his siblings, Lona, Howard Booher of Kittanning, PA, Cindy Simons (Kevin Williams) of Leechburg, PA, Paul and Leslie Myers of Erie, PA; his children, Chris Mitchell of Norwich, CT, Patty (Robert Webster), Jason Frantz of Pittsfield, ME, Charles (Alice Kennerson), Deborah Hawkins of Plainfield, CT, Eugene (Theresa Kennerson), Linda (Jean Lajeunesse) and John (Catherine Kennerson); and his pet Shane. He is also survived by Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews, dear friends.
