Robert C. Picard Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert C. Picard (Putnam, Connecticut), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 12, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wildor Picard and Lucille Picard (Guertin); and his brother Rene. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Picard (Snelgrove); his children, Linda Lamoureux (Roger) of Londonderry, NH, Brian Picard (Barbara) of Bristol, NH, Gary Picard (Tracy) of Clinton Corners, NY and Sandy Forand (Scott) of Willington, CT.; his grandchildren, Matthew (Laura), Dave Picard (Abby), Colleen Levesque (Michael), Russ Lamoureux (Tory), Hannah Lamoureux, Katherine Adams (Evan), Brittany Burnett (Frank) and Ashley Faba (Nicolas); and his sister Gloria Russo of Las Vegas. He is also survived by two brothers-in-law, eleven sisters-in-law, and many, many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at the Congregational Church of Putnam (176 Main Street, Putnam, CT 06260).
