He is survived by: his wife Mary-Ellyn Blake (Smith); his children, Roberta Bedard (Matthew) of Myrtle Beach, Michael Blake (Patricia) of Pottsville, PA, Steven Blake (Clare) of Cheshire and Catherine Blake of Quinebaug; his sister Rosalie Blake of Pomfret; his brother-in-law Peter Smith (Ellen); his nephew Brian Smith; and his niece Elizabeth Elles.
