He was predeceased by: his parents, George Stanley and Katherine Leveille (Elois); and his siblings, Bill Leveille and Kathy Leveille. He is survived by: his wife Susan Leveille (Murray); his daughters, Erin Provensal of Salem, MA and Amy Leveille (Ricardo Gomez) of Thompson, CT; his siblings, Tim Leveille of Thompson, CT, Bruce Leveille of Woodstock, CT and Mary Ann Wexler (Chuck) of Thompson, CT; and his granddaughters, Colleen and Clara Provensal. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
