He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll Tarr and Thelma Tarr (Houdlette); and his brothers, Calvin A. Tarr and Caroll Tarr. He is survived by: his close friend Nancy Best; his sister Lurena Heath (Tarr); and his pet Dúkie.
