She was predeceased by: her husband William L. Provost, Sr.; her parents, William E. O'Brien and Kathleen O'Brien (McMullan); and her sister Anita Dombek. She is survived by: her children, Carol, Kathleen Toomayan (Alan) of Westlake Village, CA, William Provost Jr. (Jane Richard) of Nashua, NH and Blane Provost of Sante Fe, TN; her siblings, William "Bill" O'Brien, Constance O'Brien of Springfield, MA and Donna Guillot (Robert) of Putnam; her grandchildren, Kaitlin, Meghan, Benjamin, Patrick, Brittany and Elizabeth; and her great grandchildren, Caden, Keltie, Connor, Killian, Callie, Diamony and Autumn.
In lieu of flowers, people may consider a donation in Carol's memory to The Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
