He is survived by: his children, Herbert Oatley, Jr. (Karen) of East Killingly, Roberta Flaherty, Michael Oatley (Monique) of Tolland and Michele Klein (Alan) of Trumbull; his brothers, Richard, David Oatley and Robert Oatley; and his grandchildren, Bridget, Colleen, Brad, Gary, Allyson, Emily, Jordan, Alyssa, Jake, Shawna and Karissa. He is also survived by his eight great grandchildren.
