He is survived by: his parents, Laura Lynn Field (Feltenberger) and Justin Lee Field (Mary Pruence) of Putnam, CT.; his son Dylan Paul Lucian Field, Jr. of Killingly; his siblings, Dr. Shawn Jay Macha (Luis Angel Escobedo) of Lubbock, TX, Alexis Monique Long (Jake James Walsh), Brooke Masso of Plainfield, Toni Lee Field of Putnam and Harley Lynn Field of Putnam; his grandparents, Linda, Denise Allen of Attawaugan and William Hopkins, Jr. of Brooklyn; his close friend Justin Tokarz; his cousin Trinity Davis; and also Mark Rickaby.
