She was predeceased by: her husband John R. Burns; her parents, Leo Dailey and Margaret Dailey (Fitzgerald); and her siblings, Leo Dailey, Deborah Dailey and Maureen Holman.
She is survived by: her daughter Nancy Schofield (Guy) of Danielson; her grandson Brian Gibree (Rebecca) of Arlington, MA; and her great grandchildren, James Gibree and John Gibree.
