He is survived by: his parents, Cheryl Caroll and Larry Womack; his fiancée Marcia Page; his sons, Brenden Womack, Adam Page (Caitlin McMenemy), Justin Page and Oliver Hopkins; his brother Brett Womack; his close friends, Shawn Irving, Ed Chartier and Lauren Heidelberger; his parents-in-law, Paul and Norma Pockoski; and also, Brenden and Jody Heidelberger.
