He was predeceased by: his parents, Arvard McNeal, I and Juliana McNeal (Broden). He is survived by: his brother Alfred-John (Beth McNeal); and his cousin McNeal.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gilman Funeral Home (104 Church St, Putnam, CT 06260). A memorial service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
