With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stanley C. Rek Sr. of Prospect, Connecticut, born in Waterbury, Connecticut, who passed away on June 9, 2022 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Beverly Rek (Krasinsky); and his parents, James Rek and Helen Rek (Ruszczyk). He is survived by: his children, Stanley C. "Chuck" Rek Jr. of Prospect, Veronica Rek (Harvey Hall) and Trisha Oliver (Ron) of Manchester; his grandchildren, Daniel Rek, Chaz Hall (Junines), Erika Hall and Blake Oliver; his brothers, Eugene Rek (Joan) of Prospect and Edward Rek (Lori) of Prospect; and his sister-in-law Patricia DelBuono of Florida. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
