He is survived by: his children, Richard Urbanowicz, Jr. and Candice Urbanowicz; his siblings, Vincent Urbanowicz (Peggy), Judi Barrett, Cheryl Birdsall (Ray) and Marianne Galt; and his brother-in-law David Anderson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
