He is survived by: his spouse Elizabeth Kreczko Lapinski of Prospect; his sister Hanna Adamska; his granddaughter Ella Zina Lapinski of Beacon Falls; his nephew Christopher Luczkow (Robyn); and his nieces, Ewa Seibel and Urszula Bradley (Jeremy). He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews and friends.
