She was predeceased by: her husband Norman Ayotte, Sr.; her parents, Maxime Lavoie and Winifred Lavoie (Madore); and her son Robert F. Ayotte. She is survived by: her son Norman Ayotte, Jr.; and her grandchildren, Tanya Ayotte and Jeffrey Ayotte. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers and to honor Germaine's memory, donations are requested to St. Anthony Church, 4 Union City Road, Prospect, CT 06712.
