He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Francis and Christine Shea (VanWagner). He is survived by: his wife Donna Shea (Rossi); his children, Charles Shea II, Rose Merigold of Prospect and Ursula Hoxie of Prospect; his brother Thomas Shea (Lorraine) of Wolcott; and his grandchildren, Justin, Madison Hoxie, Meghan and Haley Merigold. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
