He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence E. Penley and Ethelyn Penley (Odell); his wife Marjorie Penley (Booth); his brother Charles Penley; and his granddaughters, Lauren Jean Penley and Elizabeth Heck (Currier).
He is survived by: his children, Scott Penley (Imelda) of Lexington, KY, David Penley (Robin) of Woodenville, WA and Lisa Currier (Ward) of Griswold, CT; his grandchildren, Jonathan Penley (Jacqui) of Groton, CT, Jordan Penley of Raleigh-Durham, NC, Dana Currier of Griswold, CT and Allison Penley of Seattle, WA; his sister Phyllis Jones of Peabody, MA; and his sister-in-law Pauline Penley of Auburn, ME. He is also survived by four great granddaughters and three great grandsons.
Memorial donations in Paul's memory may be made to the Preston City Congregational Church, 321 Rout 164, Preston, CT 06384, or a charity of the donor's choice.
