He was predeceased by: his parent Chester Jordan; and his grandson Richard Jordan Jr.. He is survived by: his parent Esther Jordan (Kuklinski); his wife Rosalie; his children, Norman Jr. (Sue), Richard (Cindy), Denise (Billy) and Donna; his brother Ronald (Judy) of East Troy, WI; his grandchildren, Norman III (Liz), Nathan (Marie), Ashley (Chad), Joshua (Amy), Amy, Andrew and Christopher; and his great grandchildren, Wessun, Krystelia, Riley, Hannah, Jailene and Chase. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
