It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Neil Edward Saari of Preston, Connecticut, who passed away on November 19, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Neil Edward Saari Sr. and Theresa Saari (Portelance). He is survived by: his wife Dawn Bixby; his stepsons, Joshua and Christopher; his son Josh (Jennifer); his grandchild Wilder; and his daughter Moxie. He is also survived by two grandchildren, his cousins, and many long-standing friends.
