He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Lewis and Anna Izbicki Lewis; and his siblings, Thomas, William Lewis, Shirley Mock and Evelyn Lewis.
He is survived by: his caregiver Arlene Lewis; his siblings, Leon Lewis (Jean) of Andover Maine, Patricia Lewis of Norwich and Barbara McShane (Stephen) of Norwich; and also Patt Britt. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
