He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Alexander (Jacobson) and Cliff Lyons; his stepfather Albert Alexander; and his siblings, Charlie Lyons and Ester Alexander (Cissy).
He is survived by: his siblings, Barbara O'Dell and William Alexander (Nancy); his sister-in-law Pat Lyons; his former wife Teresa DiTerlizzi of Torino Italy; his children, Denise Blackburn (Bob) of Southwick, MA and Joseph Lyons (Joyce) of East Lyme, CT.; and his grandchildren, Alexander, Brandon, Gabriella and Tanner. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Labenski Funeral Home (107 Boswell Ave, Norwich, CT 06360).
