She was predeceased by: her sister Beckie A. Pappas. She is survived by: her parents, Janice A. (Johnson) of Norwich and Charles B. Rice of Norwich; her daughter Ashley Broccoli; her son-in-law Nathan Broccoli; and her sons, Devin M. Flowers and Philip M. Flowers, Jr.. She is also survived by two brothers, three sisters.
