He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Niewiarowski and Mary Niewiarowski (Sajkowicz). He is survived by: his wife Judith Niewiarowski (Pepin); his sons, Joseph, Jr. (Michelle) of Preston, James (Kelly) of Killingly and Jeffrey (Amanda) of Preston; and his grandchildren, Shawn Niewiarowski, Ben Niewiarowski Logan Valentine and Austin Cesario. He is also survived by four brothers.
