He was predeceased by: his parents, John Smallridge and Anna Smallridge (Spooner). He is survived by: his wife Shirley Smallridge (Debbis); his children, Jo-ann Smallridge (Susie Wojciak) and Mick Smallridge (Dawn Kirker); and his grandchildren, Sasha Smallridge and John Smallridge IIII. He is also survived by his family and many friends.
