He was predeceased by: his parent Alexander Podurgiel. He is survived by: his parent Helen Podurgiel (Lavendowsky); his wife Mary; and also, John A. Podurgiel (Johnny) of Preston, Lisa Podurgiel of Westport and Peter Podurgiel of Voluntown. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
