He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest B Lewis Sr. and Lydia Caisse Lewis of Taftville; and his nephew Joshua Jakubowski. He is survived by: his wife Barbara J White Lewis; his daughter Crystal Lewis of Preston; his sister Gloria Bushnell (Gary) of Griswold; his aunts, Betty Schmidt of Norwich and Irene Toscano of Norwich; and his nieces and nephews, Jobie Bushnell (Tammi), Gary Bushnell, Tommy Bushnell, Shannon Charles (Harry), Holly (Ernest Heimsath) and Cindy (Derek Foy).
