With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Diane Mae Coon of Preston, Connecticut, born in Norwich, Connecticut, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Diane left this world on October 25, 2024 at the age of 86, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Diane may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Diane touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mabel Hartman and Michael Meronek. She is survived by: her husband William Edwin Coon; her sisters, Susan Rostenberg of Preston and Caroline Avery of Franklin; and her children, Timothy Coon of Preston, Lynn Egan of Southampton, NY and Christen Fotta of Plymouth, MA. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
