He was predeceased by: his father Philip Deroy. He is survived by: his mother Aleta Deroy (Baron) of Arkansas; and his children, Tienna Deroy, Chad J. Deroy and Kyra Deroy. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family.
