Coughlin Sr. of Portland, Connecticut, born in Middletown, Connecticut, who passed away on January 8, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Emmett and Gertrude Coughlin (Wagner); his siblings, William, Robert Coughlin, Anne Riordan (Coughlin) and G. Eunice Martel (Coughlin); and his nephew William Martel.
He is survived by: his wife Stella J Coughlin; his children, Thomas "Ted" Coughlin (Lisa), Catherine Brown, Beth Cole (Hugh) and James Coughlin (Karen); and his siblings, Richard Coughlin of Cromwell, CT and Cora Bindler (Coughlin) of Shelter Island, NY.
