Solveig Bonanno Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 4, 2025, at the age of 82, Solveig Bonanno of Portland, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sigvald Haaland and Erna Haaland (Tergersen); and her siblings, Arthur Haaland and Edith Markman. She is survived by: her husband Victor Bonanno; her daughters, Christine Boghosian (Lee) and Jennifer Loscialpo (Michael); her grandchildren, Alison, Jason Boghosian, Emily and Amanda Loscialpo; her nieces, Julie, Elizabeth, Michelle, Jeanine, Lisa and Barbara; her nephew Michael; and her sisters-in-law, Margie and Sarah.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the First Congregational Church (554 Main St, Portland, CT 06480). A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the First Congregational Church of Portland. Keep Solveig's legacy alive by donating to a charity in need.
