He was predeceased by: his wife Regina Ortisi (Zawisza); his parents, Sebastian J. Ortisi, Sr. and Carmelina Ortisi (Cannata); and his siblings, Angelo W. Ortisi, Sr., Joseph Ortisi, Helen Ortisi and Sarah LaBella.
He is survived by: his children, Sebastian John Ortisi, III (Victor Cella) of Southfield, MA, Richard Ortisi of Gulfport, FL, Janice Heffernan (Tim) of Portland and Karen Lutkus of Colchester; his granddaughter LaurieAnn Hansen (Adam); and his great grandchildren, Adam Jr. and Luke of Branford. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
