He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore Bongiorno and Filomena Bongiorno (De Paolo) of Ferry Street. He is survived by: his children, Salvatore "Paul" Bongiorno of Portland, Bill and Susan Frizen (Bongiorno) of Portland; his grandson Joseph Lastrina III; his great grandchild Emma Lastrina; his brother Angelo Bongiorno of Middletown; his nieces, Beth Katz (Allen) of Weston, FL and Heidi Geiges of Madison, IN.; his siblings, Frank Bongiorno (Anna), Philip Bongiorno (Josephine), Joseph Bongiorno (Ruth), Sebastiano Bongiorno, Sebastian "Mike" Bongiorno (Rose), Yolanda Bongiorno, Emanuela Bongiorno, Marie Bongiorno, Emanuela "Nellie" Blancato (Paul) and Vincenza "Jennie" Thomas (Salvatore); and his sister-in-law Ann Bongiorno (Lisitano). He is also survived by his family and friends spending weekends with his siblings and in-laws.
