He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Negrelli Clark (Richard) of Portland, CT and Marcia Negrelli Annunziata (Richard) of Branford, CT.; his grandchildren, Michael A. Annunziata, Alena R. Annunziata, Andrew L. Clark and Marykate L. Clark; and his siblings, Barbara Kavanaugh of Portland, CT and John Negrelli of Higganum, CT..
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Biega Funeral Home (3 Silver St, Middletown, CT 06457). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Saint Mary's Church (51 Freestone Ave, Portland, CT 06480). A burial will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Louis's memory may be made to the Portland Food Bank or any Veterans organization.
