She was predeceased by: her spouse Charles Lee Mifflin; her parent Wayne Johnson; her siblings, Charles E. Wilkerson, Debra Witt (Larry Wells) and Millas Witt; and her stepmother Carrie K. Johnson.
She is survived by: her parent Mary Wilkerson (Gallaher); her children, Charles L. Mifflin, Jr. of Portland and Anquinette Hoggard (Nicholas) of Middletown; her sister-in-law Teresa Wilkerson; her grandchildren, Elijah Williams, Shameca Williams, Sean Mifflin (Rebecca) and Leah Mifflin; her great grandchildren, Isabella Mifflin, Ronin Hamblin, Thomas Rivera, Jr. and Alyssa Rivera; and also, William (Jackie Johnson), Vincent, Albert and Arvin Johnson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
