He is survived by: his parents, Scott Cunningham and Lisa Cunningham (Stevens) of Portland; his sister Lauren Klett of East Hampton; his grandparents, Donna Cunningham of Berlin and Bruce Stevens of Portland; and his aunts, Michelle Stevens of Portland, Kimberly Stevens of Portland, Kimberly Potter and Sheri Sawallich.
