He is survived by: his wife Hilda Forneris (Hricay); his children, Karen Coughlin (Jim) of Portland, CT, Stephen Forneris of New York City and Susanne Vleck (Bradley) of White Plains, NY; his siblings, James Forneris (Mary Ellen) of Sparta, NJ and Barbara Minogue of Northport, NY; and his grandchildren, Emmett, Sophia, Liam, Sydney and Samantha.
