We are sad to announce that on January 29, 2019 we had to say goodbye to Elaine H. Ruffino (Portland, Connecticut), born in Ashland, Maine. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Edward Puto (Pamela) of Bristol, Sebastian Ruffino Jr. (Patricia) of Columbia and Athena Neville (Richard) of Portland; and her siblings, Alicia Savastra, Ida Jean Royer and Levit Saucier. She was also cherished by seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Portland Volunteer Fire Dept.
