She is survived by: her parents, Dyane Richards (Faria) and Kenneth Dalzell; her husband Tim; her sons, Craig Kaczor of Plainfield, CT and Jacob Kaczor (Stephanie "Steph"); her granddaughter Mylah of Pomfret, CT; her stepson Joseph Rogers of Burrillville, RI.; her siblings, Kimberly "Kim" (Steven Germain) of Northbridge, Keith Dalzell (Jennifer "Jenn" Lofgren) of Bellingham and Kristi (William "Bill" Hough) of Bellingham; her sister-in-law Julie Rogers of Putnam, CT.; and her nieces and nephews, Joshua "Josh" Wheeler, Nathan Germain, Stephanie "Steph" Wheeler, Kourtnie "Miss K" Page, Samantha "Sam" Lofgren, Taylor Germain, Mia Dalzell and Cassandra Rogers.
