It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Morissette (Pomfret, Connecticut), who passed away on July 23, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gerard Morissette and Marie Morissette (Provost); his wife Delores Morissette (Tarr); his children, Marcel Morissette (Lisa) and Michelle Bouchard (Lance); his grandchildren, Matthew (Mariette), Jenny, Brittany, Dylan and André; his siblings, Muriel Mrakovich (Joseph) and Leo Morissette (Susan); his sister-in-law Beryl Moreau; and his son René Morissette (family: Simone Gagne, Gilbert Morissette, Robert Morissette).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Denny's honor may be made to the Pomfret Fire District, 67 Hampton Rd., Pomfret, CT 06258, to help continue the work Denny so genuinely believed in.
