It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris (Fortin) Laprade (Pomfret, Connecticut), who passed away on August 18, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Fortin and Marie Fortin (Sylvain); and her brother Richard Fortin. She is survived by: her husband Arthur Laprade; her children, James Laprade (Brenda) of Eastford, CT, Nancy Minarsky of Moosup, CT and Carol Zonts (Joanna) of Virginia Beach, VA.; her grandchildren, Anthony (Amy), Bryant (Cheyenne), Chelsea (Matt), David (Sarah), Amy (Reuben) and Christopher; and her great grandchildren, Ayla, August and Jayson.
