He is survived by: his spouse Lorna Tarr (Tucker); his parent Thelma Tarr (Houdlette); his children, Justin Tarr (Leigh) of Madison, AL and Jocelyn Morse (Seth) of Woodstock, CT; his brother Owen Tarr of Putnam; and his grandchildren, Ainsley Morse and Logan Tarr.
